Recipe Ingredients

2 cups yogurt
1 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cucumber, seeded and chopped fine
1/2 tsp dried mint, crumbled, or 1 tsp fresh, chopped

Cooking Procedures

Mix all the ingredients and chill thoroughly to let the flavors develop.

a thick, buttery consistency. Seal boiling hot in jars or cans. This preserve will be tart and will be suitable for a relish. SELECTED RECIPES CARROT MARMALADE 6 medium sized French carrots. I large lemon. Sugar. Grind the carrots very fine. Add the juice, pulp, and ground rind of the lemon. Cover well with water and simwer for two hours.
