Recipe Ingredients

1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup skim milk
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Vegetable cooking spray
1 tbs fine, dry breadcrumbs

Cooking Procedures

Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Combine with next 6 ingredients, mixing well. Spoon macaroni mixture into a 1 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake at 350? F. for 1 hour.
