Cranberry Bread

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
3 tablespoons shortening plus boiling water to make 3/4 cup
1 egg
1 cup nuts
1 cup cranberries, cut in half

Cooking Procedures

Mix all ingredients together. Grease and flour 1 large or 2 small loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
