Toasted Clam Rolls with CheeseThis recipe is rated : 0
Recipe Ingredients1 loaf thinly sliced white bread3 cans clams (6-1/2 ounces) 1/3 cup thinly sliced onion 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 3/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce 6 tbsp Parmesan cheese 6 tbsp melted butter Cooking ProceduresMix all ingredients except bread and butter. Cut crusts off bread and roll each slice until very thin. Spread about 1 tbsp of mixture on bread and roll it up like a jelly roll. Brush with butter, arrange about 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 12 minutes, until lightly browned. |
