Recipe Ingredients

1 doz. eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 box stuffing mix
1 c. any shredded cheese(optional)

Cooking Procedures

Mix eggs and milk together in a bowl. Pour into hot skillet. Cook 1 minute. Add stuffing mix. Scramble until done. Remove from heat. Add cheese. Cover and let sit 5 minutes. Enjoy!
