Recipe Ingredients24 bananas6 lbs. fresh whole strawberries (6 quarts) 6 lbs. vanilla yogurt (3 quarts) 7 ozs. toasted chopped almonds (1 1/2 cups) Cooking ProceduresFor individual servings; peel and split 1 banana. Place banana halves in serving bowl. Top with 4 ozs. (1 cup) fresh strawberries, 4 ozs. (1/2 cup) yogurt, and 1 Tbsp chopped, toasted almonds. |
