Hungarian Cabbage and NoodlesThis recipe is rated : 0
Recipe Ingredients1 lb shredded cabbage,1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp shortening 1 sm onion, chopped Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 lb noodles (wide), about 2 cup Cooking ProceduresMix cabbage with salt and allow to stand 1/2 hour. Squeeze dry.Heat shortening in skillet and saute cabbage onion, stirring occasionally until cabbage is lightly browned and tender. Season with salt and pepper. Cook noodles; drain. Mix noodles with cabbage, heat and serve. |
