peanut slaw

Recipe Ingredients

3 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup peeled and chopped cucumber
1/2 cup chopped cocktail peanuts
3 tbs diced onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 tsp prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp honey mustard
dash of salt
dash of pepper

Cooking Procedures

Combine cabbage, celery, cucumber, peanuts, and onion in a large bowl. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Add to cabbage mixture; toss well. Cover and chill.
