Recipe Ingredients

2 lb. brown sugar
3 cups white sugar
1 lb. margarine
1 tbl. vanilla
1 tbl. white corn syrup
12 eggs
3 lb. peanut butter
18 cups oatmeal
8 tsp. soda

12oz. dark chocolate chips
12oz. white chocolate chips

Cooking Procedures

Blend first 5 ingredients in EXTRA-LARGE bowl, mix eggs in all at
once. Next mix in the peanut butter 1 pound at a time scraping sides of
bowl. The rest of the ingredients can not be mixed with an electric mixer
as it will become too thick for the mixer to handle unless you have an
industrial mixer. Stir in the oatmeal and soda by halves. Last fold in
the chips and M&M candies. Let cookie dough sit in the fridge overnight
until firm. Use either an ice cream scoop or a 1/3 measuring cup to drop
mixture on a greased baking sheet. ONLY 6 COOKIES PER SHEET.
They spread alot! Bake in a 325 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until
the edges turn brown. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before
moving to cooling rack. Makes about 78 (6.5 dozen) cookies.
