Recipe Ingredients

1/2 c. raspberries
1/2 c. strawberries
1 c. fat-free vanilla yogurt
1/3 c. skim milk

Utensils:

* blender (You'll need help from your adult assistant.)
* measuring cup

Cooking Procedures

1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Divide between two glasses.

14 cups milk. 2 tblsp. syrup, molasses or sugar. 2 tsp. salt. 1 egg (may be omitted). Scald corn meal with the boiling water. When cool add the other ingredients, the rolled oats last.
