No-Bake Granola BarsThis recipe is rated : 1
Recipe Ingredients1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup light corn syrup 1 cup peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1-1/2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats 1-1/2 cups crisp rice cereal 1 cup raisins 1/2 cup coconut 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 2 tbs. toasted sesame seeds Cooking ProceduresIn medium saucepan, combine brown sugar and corn syrup.Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla, blend well. Add oats, cereal, raisins, coconut, sunflower and sesame seeds. Press into ungreased 9-inch square pan. Cool. Cut into bars and store. |
