Recipe Ingredients10 beets, peeled, sliced8 Frankfurter sausages seasonings to taste Cooking ProceduresTo prepare this Sausages (Frankfurter) With Beets Recipe, first boil the sliced beets in salted water for about 30 minutes. Drain off water. Put sausages on top of beets and add seasonings and 1/4 cup of water. Cover and cook slowly for about 6 minutes. Then serve. |
