Recipe Ingredients1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni1 can (16oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed 1 cup chopped celery 3/4 cup chopped salami 1/2 cup chopped purple onion 1/4 cup cider vinegar 2 tbs olive oil 1/4 tsp garlic salt 1/8 tsp ground black pepper Cooking ProceduresCook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again. Combine macaroni and remaining ingredients in a large bowl, tossing lightly until macaroni mixture is well coated. Chill 6 hours or overnight. |
