Smoked Salmon with Pasta and GinThis recipe is rated : 0
Recipe Ingredients2 tbsp margarine or butter, divided2 green onions, finely chopped 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1 tomato, peeled and chopped 2 tbsp Gin or vodka Salt and ground black pepper, to taste 1 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup milk 1 pkt noodles and Sauce--Alfredo flavor 2 oz smoked Salmon, cut in thin strips 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley Cooking ProceduresIn 10 inch skillet, melt 1 tbsp margarine. Add green onions and garlic; cook over medium heat 1 minute or until onions are tender.Stir in tomato; cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Stir in gin; cook 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in salt and pepper. In medium saucepan, bring water, milk and remaining 1 tbsp margarine to a boil. Stir in noodles and sauce Alfredo. Allow to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in salmon, parsley and tomato mixture. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with tomato rose and parsley if desired. |
