Recipe Ingredients4 large potatoes, not peeled, but washed, cut in halves16 small sausages Cooking ProceduresTo prepare this Sausages, Baked With Potatoes Recipe, first place potatoes in roasting pan and bake them for about 15 minutes in moderate oven. At this time the potatoes become a little tender. With a spoon press the middle of the potatoes slightly to form a small cavity. In each cavity place 2 sausages. Put potatoes back into the oven and finish baking about 10 minutes. The juice and fat which drip from the sausages soak into the potatoes and give a pleasant flavor to the potato pulp. |
