Cajun Grilled Corn

Recipe Ingredients

6 ears corn, husked and cleaned
1/2 cup butter, softened
6 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

Cooking Procedures

Peel back husks form the corn, remove strings and leave just a few layers of husk on the corn.
Spread butter or margarine over each ear of corn. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning lightly over each ear, or to taste. Fold corn husks back over the corn. Wrap in foil.
Place on grill for 25 minutes, turning occasionally. Unwrap foil, peel back husks and enjoy.

Good results are also obtained when recipe is made with 1 cup barley flour and 1 cup rice flour instead of 2 cups of barley flour. RICE AND BARLEY FLOUR MUFFINS J J J 2 cups rice flour. 2 tblsp. oil. 1 cup barley flour; reserve 54 CUP- 1 tsP- salt. 2 cups milk. 3 eggs. 3 tsp. baking powder.
