Beer Ribs

Recipe Ingredients

Place pork or beef ribs in a roasting pan. For every six pounds of ribs add 1 (12 ounce) can of beer. Cover and bake at 325 degrees F until tender.

Cooking Procedures

Remove from pan and drain well. Place on a flat baking sheet and cover with barbecue sauce. Return to 275 degree F oven for 30 minutes or until hot.

parboil half a pound of rice, and, after draining it, set away to dry. Remove the mutton when quite tender, by means of a skimmer, into another vessel. 86 Keep hot and well covered.
