Recipe Ingredients

# 6 cups glutinous rice
# 2 1/2 cups coconut cream Pinch salt
# 4 tablespoons grated young coconut
# 1 tablespoon white sugar

Cooking Procedures

# Wash the glutinous rice thoroughly.
# Place in a thick saucepan or casserole.
# Simmer with coconut milk and salt.
# Arrange in a platter and garnish with grated young coconut and sprinkle with sugar.
