Recipe Ingredients4 stalks celery, sliced1 can (16oz) small English peas, drained 1 can (16oz) cut green beans, drained 1 can (8 1/2oz) baby lima beans, drained 1 jar (4oz) diced pimento, drained 1 medium green pepper, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped 1 cup vegetable (or peanut) oil 1 cup vinegar 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ground black pepper Cooking ProceduresCombine first seven ingredients in a large bowl; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly and shake vigorously. Pour over vegetable mixture; cover and chill overnight. |
