Fiesta Ubod CrunchThis recipe is rated : 1
Recipe Ingredients300 g fresh ubod (soft part), diced1 cup water 1 can (850 g) DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail, drained (reserve syrup) 1/2 cup all-purpose cream 1 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk Cooking Procedures1 BOIL water, 1 tsp. iodized fine salt (or 1 Tbsp. iodized rock salt) and reserved fruit cocktail syrup. Add ubod and cook for 3 minutes. Drain. Combine with the remaining ingredients.2 MIX well and chill until ready to serve. |
