Napa Cabbage SaladThis recipe is rated : 0
Recipe Ingredients1/4 cup rice wine vinegar1 tbsp white sugar 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp canola oil 3 tbsp soy sauce 2 pkgs. ramen noodles (break into small pieces) 2 tbsp sesame seeds 2 tbsp sliced almonds 1 head napa cabbage 1 bunch green onions Cooking ProceduresCombine the vinegar, sugar, honey, oil and 2 Tablespoons of the soy sauce in a sauce pan and whisk while bringing to a boil. Chill dressing.Heat a skillet over high heat and toss the sesame seeds, almonds, and ramen for one minute. Reduce heat and toss for about 5 minutes, watching carefully not to burn. Remove to a plate and let cool. Slice the napa cabbage and the green onions very thin and toss together. Add the ramen mixture and the dressing and toss until well coated. |
