Potato Salad with Turkey

Recipe Ingredients

2 cup cooked, diced turkey
2 stalks celery, diced
3 green onions, sliced
2 red potatoes, cooked and cubed
2 tbsp dried parsley, or to taste
2 tsp dillweed, or to taste
1 cup yogurt
Black pepper to taste

Cooking Procedures

In a large bowl, lightly toss turkey, celery, jicama, green onions, potatoes, parsley and dillweed. Add yougurt; mix well. Add pepper to taste.
