Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 can salmon
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons onion flakes
1 egg
2 egg whites, beaten

Cooking Procedures

Mix well and pour into a casserole. Spread 2 tablespoons melted butter on top and bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes.
