Recipe Ingredients1 1/2 cups scraped, sliced carrots1/4 cup water 1/4 tsp salt (optional) 1 tbs brown sugar 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained 1 tsp butter or margarine Cooking ProceduresCombine carrots, water, and optional salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook over medium heat about 10 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender. Stir in sugar, pineapple, and butter. Heat thoroughly. |
